论持久性收入与农村消费市场的拓展

摘要:现阶段我国农民增收缓慢导致农村消费需求严重不足,制约着我国国民经济持续、快速、健康发展。通过米尔顿·弗里德曼的持久性收入假说,把我国农民收入划分为持久性收入和暂时性收入。增加农民持久性收入对于调整我国消费结构,缩小城乡居民收入差距,提高农民消费信心,改善居民生活水平,以及扩大内需,拉动经济增长都具有10分重要的意义。因此,必须采取优化农业产业结构,推进农业产业化经营,发展非农产业,加快城镇化建设步伐,减轻农民负担,加强农村基础教育等措施,切实增加农民持久性收入,开拓农村消费市场。

Discussion the Lasting Income and Rural Consumption Market Development
 
Abstract: Nowadays the income of farmer in china increases slowly, which cause the shortage of the demand of villages, and restrict the standing, fast, healthy increase of economy. The Milton Friedman in standing revenue hypothesis theory, which make our farmer income set off the standing revenue and the temporary revenue. Increasing the farmer standing revenue, which has many important meanings, such as adjusting our country consumption structure, reducing the gap of city and country residents revenue , raising the farmer consumption confidence, improving the residents live level, extending inside need, and pulling to move the economy growth . So, we must take measures to increase the standing revenue of farmer, and to exploit the consumption market of village. Such as optimizing industry configuration of agriculture, boosting industrialization management of agriculture, developing non-agriculture industry, expediting the march of town construction, easing the farmers’ burden, strengthening the basic education in country.
